Judge Bowman presently presides over a Circuit Civil Division. The Civil Division has jurisdiction over a broad category of cases, each of which exceeds $50,000 in controversy, including tort cases, contract disputes, product liability and malpractice cases, infringement of property, non-compete agreements, and Petitions for injunctive relief.
